Ludhiana Bypoll : Report Samir Gupta, District Chief — Ahead of the Ludhiana West bypoll kamaljit Singh Karwal once again rejoined the Congress. This is Karwals sixth switch from Akali Dal, Congress, BJP, AAP and now again back to Congress — all in a little over a decade. Karwal joined the Congress in the presence of senior leaders Charanjit Singh Channi, Bharat Bhushan Ashu and Rana Gurjeet Singh.
